Cooking Up Health at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center held a sampling of the beef/mushroom burger at the monthly "Cooking Up Health" booth in as part of Healthy Food in Health Care's celebration of National Nutrition Month. When staff were asked, “Would you buy this beef/mushroom burger here?”. They overwhelming said yes! People can’t wait to have them available on a daily basis.
